Our clients do not hire us to "build a website" or "manage social media". They hire us to improve three things:
Channels change.
Objectives do not.
We work by objectives, but we know objectives are not achieved with abstract ideas.
Visibility is built with a website that ranks, content that answers what the market is looking for and a coherent presence in search engines, AI and owned media.
Conversion requires clear messages, architecture designed to sell and campaigns that optimize every euro invested.
And retention relies on data, automation and a content strategy that keeps the relationship with the customer alive.
We do not sell these pieces separately: we activate them when they are needed to meet the agreed objective.
We meet with you to analyze the objectives you are pursuing with your digital marketing strategy.
We analyze your company's revenue history across traditional and online channels. If you’re launching a new brand, we’ll work with you to draw up an online business plan and align it with your sales targets.
We jointly set a variable target. This can be a percentage of sales growth or absolute milestones achieved.
We focus all our efforts on achieving the agreed sales target, paying special attention to the creative and innovative side of everything we implement.
Before AI was trendy, we were already putting part of our fees on the line.
And we still do today.
We have worked with companies looking for more than just "being digital": profitability, focus and long-term coherence.
We do not believe in standard teams or structures that change every few months.
We analyze each client's real needs and define a digital marketing team specific to their objectives, combining the profiles needed at each stage.
Our low staff turnover ensures continuity, accumulated knowledge and shared judgment. Because results are not built with teams that are always starting from scratch.
We do not work as a supplier tasked with executing tasks, but as a real extension of the client's team. We get involved in decision-making, share information, context and risks, and work from the inside, not from the outside.
Because when marketing is outsourced, responsibility is diluted; when it is integrated, it aligns with the business.
Today any company can produce content, design creatives, build websites or analyze data with the same tools any agency can use. AI alone does not provide a competitive advantage.
Technology on its own does not solve the dilemma of what to do and why at any given moment. Neither do agents. AI has changed how quickly an agency or a client can execute, but it has not changed the need to interpret the requirements of a digital marketing strategy based on results and context.
That requires knowing the business from the inside. Living close to its reality. Understanding what is holding back sales, where the end customer is lost, which message resonates and which sounds empty. It requires strategic judgment, accumulated experience and a team that takes responsibility for the outcome, not just the approach.
DUPLO does not sell execution. It sells a commitment to the client's goals and proves it by charging based on achieving them.
Everything an agency should deliver in 2026. And everything that AI, no matter how much it evolves, will not be able to replace.
AI models do not show rankings: they build answers. You are either in, or you do not exist. And to be in, you need to work on three areas:
The starting point is always the same: audit. Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity about your category and see what it answers, whether you appear, how it describes you and what sources it uses. That already tells you where you stand and what needs to be built.
A traditional agency charges for doing. It presents a budget, defines a scope (number of hours), executes and invoices, regardless of whether results arrive or not. The client bears the risk.
DUPLO's model starts from a different logic: before talking about services and actions, we analyze your company's revenue history and understand what business goals you are pursuing. From there we jointly set a variable target, which can be a percentage of sales growth or specific milestones achieved. And only then do we focus all our efforts on reaching it.
If your company has no revenue history because it is newly created, we still join your project on a variable basis if our team agrees with you on the same potential you see.
The difference is not only economic. It is about alignment. It is about commitment. When part of our fees depends on your business growing, every decision we make is aimed at the same place as yours. We do not optimize vanity metrics or fill activity reports. We care about what matters to you: selling more.
In practice, this changes the conversation from the start. We do not begin with "what services do you need?" but with "what results do you want to achieve and where are we starting from?"
We work based on objectives, but to achieve them we need the definition and implementation of specific services.
What changes is the starting point: we do not begin with the channel or the resource, we begin by understanding what the business needs to grow.
From there we decide what makes sense to activate, when and with what resources. Services are the means. Business objectives and sales are always the north star.
Before we start, we agree with the client which metrics reflect real business growth. No vanity metrics like visits, impressions or followers, but numbers that directly impact the income statement: qualified leads, opportunities generated, attributable revenue, acquisition cost.
Once objectives and thresholds are defined, the variable portion of our fees is tied to whether we reach them or not. You only pay the variable portion that demonstrates the achievement of specific objectives.
That forces us to be honest from the start. We do not accept objectives we do not believe are achievable, nor do we sell services that are not justified by the numbers.
It is the only way for the agency's incentives and the client's to point in the same direction.
We work mainly with SMEs. Small and medium-sized companies that need digital marketing to actually work, not just look good in a report.
We are not the option for those looking for an agency to manage tasks. We are the option for those who want a partner that understands the business, gets involved in results and has something to lose if things do not work out.
We work mainly with companies in Barcelona, although our portfolio includes clients in other cities in Spain and beyond our borders: France, Portugal and other European markets.
We take the bond with the client so seriously that we never work with two clients that compete with each other in the same market. When we work with a company, our knowledge, our strategy and our dedication are exclusively theirs. No conflicts of interest, no half measures.
If your competitor already works with us, we cannot work with you. And if we work with you, you can be sure we do not work with your competitor.
